Reporting directly to the Director of Product, I lead UX research and design. This includes crafting overall UX strategy, design research, usability tests, and surveys. Day-to-day, you can find me wireframing, prototyping, and testing designs across our suite of mobile and web applications. I work with engineers and product managers to envision, test, and implement new features for our products.

Led a design team of four. Developed a prototype for a platform to scale quality mentoring nationwide. Defined project strategy. Led design sprints and communications with client. Assisted with research (recruitment, contextual inquiry, interviews, synthesis), wireframing (in Sketch), and user tests. Prototyped and documented final design specifications for development.
UX Designer & UI Developer, The Global Learning Council

Led redesign effort for the Global Learning Council’s website. Coordinated visual designers and communication with client. Created low- and medium-fidelity prototypes. Built final designs in WordPress using custom template.
CX Program Manager & Service Designer, Dropbox

Designed services and internal tools. Oversaw global support operations for Dropbox’s largest customer segment. Planned launches for Customer Experience team, monitored support metrics, and met with stakeholders from product, support, marketing, and engineering teams. Consistently managed several global projects at a time, coordinated A/B tests to discover desired outcomes in the customer support experience, and led project groups with diverse skill sets and priorities.
Product Expert, Dropbox

Designed and oversaw launch of dropbox.com/support flow for Dropbox Business customers. Liaised with support, engineering, and product teams to ensure product bugs were filed and addressed, user feedback was considered, and launches went smoothly. Trained and mentored support agents and subject matter experts and analyzed customer interactions to inform quality assessments.
